Patrick Cummins has worked with Western states and stakeholders on air quality and climate programs for more than 25 years, including as Director of Air Quality Programs at the Western Governors’ Association where he managed the Western Regional Air Partnership and the Western Climate Initiative. He subsequently served as Executive Director of WCI, Inc.

In his current position with former Colorado Governor Bill Ritter at Colorado State University, Patrick is working with Western states and utilities on implementation of EPA’s Clean Power Plan.
